All prices quoted include VAT. Not included is the local tax (€ 3.00 per person per day). In the case of single occupancy of a double room, we charge two people.

The final cleaning of the holiday apartment is € 75,00.

Overnight stay, extensive breakfast buffet (except for the apartment, optional breakfast buffet € 19 per person/day), car parking, WIFI, wellness area.

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2pm. If your arrival is delayed and you arrive after 6pm, please call us.  On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10:30 am.

We may request a deposit of 50% of the total price at the time of booking.

For a stay of four nights or less, we charge a short stay surcharge of € 10, – per person and day.

We take sustainability very seriously and strive to do our part with numerous measures to make the 24Steps more sustainable:

• Reduced waste production by avoiding disposable bottles
• High accuracy in waste separation and recycling
• Avoidance of disposable plastic products
• We pursue intelligent concepts concerning water consumption and savings opportunities.
• Reduced electricity consumption through energy-efficient LED lighting
• Emission savings through preferential use of regional products

In the summer season dogs up to 10kg are allowed. Due to the increased cleaning effort, we charge € 10,00 per day without food.

Cancellations are only valid in written form. The following conditions apply:

• Cancellation free of charge up to 2 months before the start of the holiday.
• 2 to 1 month before the start of the holiday we charge 40% of the total price.
• From 1 month before the start of the holiday we charge 90% of the total price.

Cancellation terms summer

In summer you can cancel your holiday free of charge up to 2 months before arrival. After that we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.

We recommend getting travel cancellation insurance at Europäische Reiseversicherung.

15 – 17 years: – 10%

We accept debit cards, VISA, Mastercard and cash.

All our guests have one free parking space per room at their disposal. An additional parking space is charged at € 19,00 per day.
